Let me ask you something. What is your message? What is the thing that you are here to truly share with the world, with your audience, with your clients, with the people that are listening or seeing you right now?

Because having clarity in your message and truly understanding what it is that you stand for is going to be the thing that will literally make or break your business, especially in the world that we live in, where there's so much market saturation, so many people selling to your same audience, selling similar offers, and doing similar things. Without figuring out what you actually stand for, what you believe in, and what your message really is, you're going to end up getting lost in the crowd.

The Importance of a Clear Message

n today's saturated market, it's easy to get lost in the noise. Many coaches focus on the transaction part of their business—how to make more money, how to grow, how to scale. They spend so much time on the day-to-day operations that they forget the core of their work: their message. Your message is what sets you apart. It's what makes people resonate with you and choose you over others.

When I started my business, I dove deep into marketing practices and all these things, but I hadn't found my true voice. Because of that, all my marketing efforts and all the money I was spending weren't bringing the results I expected. It wasn't until I truly understood my message that things began to change.

Discover Your Core Message

The first step in standing out in a crowded market is to discover your core message. This isn't just about your framework or methodology; it's about what you truly believe in and want to be known for. For example, when I first started, I created a framework called the Breakthrough Brand Strategy Pyramid.

This was a great start, but it wasn't enough. I needed to go deeper to understand what I actually wanted to say.

A client of mine, a fulfillment coach, initially focused her messaging on productivity and time management. But after pushing her to explore deeper, she realized her true message was about breaking free from self-imposed ceilings and finding true fulfillment. This shift in messaging led to amazing results in her business.

Embrace Your Unique Voice

Finding your unique voice means creating your own concepts, frameworks, and systems. It's about moving away from copying others and instead, developing your own ideas. For me, this process involved coming up with the concept of the Ursula, a way to communicate to your audience without speaking to the poor, unfortunate souls. This unique concept resonated deeply with my audience and set me apart from others.

The more you incorporate your unique voice into your work, the more effective your efforts will become. Your clients will get better results, your brand will grow, and you will attract more high-quality clients. It's about the vibe you create, the vision you share, and the values you stand for.

Be Open to Evolution

Your message will evolve over time. It's important to be open to receiving new ideas and to be willing to change your message as you grow. For instance, after years of focusing on messaging and branding, I had a moment of clarity that led to the creation of the Angle of Mastery concept. This shift transformed my business because I was open to change and willing to embrace new ideas.

Ask yourself if your current marketing efforts align with your true message. Are you sharing a message that comes from the heart, or are you just trying to sell more? Authenticity in your message will resonate more deeply with your audience and lead to greater success.

Finding your message is an ongoing process. You need to test the waters, share your ideas, and see how they resonate with your audience. Don't worry about getting it perfect from the start. It's more important to be visible, passionate, and open to feedback.

A coach once told me to "date the idea, not marry it." This means being willing to experiment with your message and refine it based on your experiences and the responses you get. This iterative process will help you develop a message that truly resonates and drives your business forward.

Embrace Your True Message

In conclusion, finding and embracing your true message is crucial for standing out in a crowded market and achieving transformative results in your coaching business. Start by discovering what you truly want to say, embrace your unique voice, be open to evolution, and continuously test and refine your message.

By doing this, you will create a brand that resonates deeply with your audience and sets you apart as a leader in your field.
